Frequently Asked Questions
- How to access the conference as an attendee.
You are registered for the conference, you can join the event by clicking here. On that page, click “Sign In”. You will be asked to enter the email you registered with. Hopin will email you a six-digit one-time code to verify your identity. Once entered in, you will be directed to the event platform. - Browser Compatibility for online events on Hopin
Currently, Hopin online events platform is fully compatible with Desktop (web) on the following browsers updated to the latest version: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge (chromium version on Windows 10 only). We recommend running a desktop browser for the best and most seamless experience across the Hopin platform. Safari is not fully compatible with video on desktops, and Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge (Non-chromium) are not compatible with desktops. Also note that each browser has its own implementation of the technologies we use at Hopin and some work better with them, some less, and some don’t work at all. Hence why we can recommend Chrome and Firefox but right now we cannot guarantee another browser will work as expected. - I am unable to join a breakout session.
